Order processing and delivery
We aim to get UK orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday), dispatched on the same working day, however this is subject to change. Our Sales Support team will be in touch if there are any changes to your delivery.
We offer competitive shipping prices for all online orders.
UK orders = £6.50 (FREE on orders over £25.00)
R.O.W. orders =£8.50 (FREE on orders over £50.00)

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 24 hours to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00pm GMT will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfilment centres.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at info@ragequitremedy.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales tax as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

RE-ORDERING GUIDELINES
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their Rage Quit Remedy is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of Rage Quit Remedy.
UNANTICIPATED EVENTS
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labour shortages, labour strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
CONTINUITY
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
